What will you do?

• Assist with training and supervision of team members, ensuring smooth operations and consistent adherence to service standards
• Ensure compliance with New Hampshire Lottery Commission regulations and internal controls by monitoring casino operations and enforcing company procedures
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling of supervisors and dealers to maintain appropriate coverage and efficient game operations within assigned areas
• Oversee game operations, including fills and credits, while addressing guest and team member concerns, resolving complaints, and maintaining a safe, hazard-free environment
• Manage team performance, assigning work areas, conducting evaluations, and initiating commendations or disciplinary actions as needed
  
  

More About You

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a table games or poker supervisor position
• Must have certification and experience in the following games: Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, and Carnival Games
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Lottery gaming license
• Supervisory experience in several types of table games
• Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
