Job summary

Station Casinos LLC. in Henderson, NV seeks a Table Games Dealer to supervise game operations, ensure accurate payouts, and uphold integrity across the gaming floor. You will train and mentor team members, and relay critical information to the Floor Supervisor to support smooth shifts.

Responsibilities include maintaining supervision of all game aspects, completing utilization reports, and inventorying cheques for quick, accurate payouts while providing excellent guest service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Two years’ experience as a Table Games Dealer.
• Excellent Customer Relations skills and the ability to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of all aspects of the game supervised.
• Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed.
• Ensure proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately.
• Train and mentor all Team members to ensure service standards and future growth.
• Communicate all information to incoming Floor Supervisor.
• Ensure integrity of games in assigned section.
