Job summary

Station Casinos is seeking a Table Games Dealer to supervise all aspects of the game in their assigned area. The role requires accurate completion of utilization reports, proper cheque inventory for payouts, and mentoring team members to uphold service standards.

You will communicate with the Floor Supervisor and ensure game integrity at all times. Candidates should have at least two years’ experience as a Table Games Dealer, excellent guest relations skills, and the ability to work any shift

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as a Table Games Dealer.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Excellent Customer Relations skills and the ability to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the table games in your assigned area.
• Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed.
• Maintain proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately.
• Train and mentor all Team Members to ensure service standards and future growth.
• Communicate information to the incoming Floor Supervisor and ensure integrity of games.
