Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Table Games Dealer after Dealer School completion and audition. You will be hired as a Table Games Dealer with no prior experience required, and you will learn to deal multiple games (Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat) on flexible class schedules.

The role emphasizes delivering superior customer service, complying with local regulations, handling cash accurately, and maintaining awareness of all department policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a local gaming license.
• Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays and overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deal an assigned table game per established policies.
• Provide superior customer service and ensure player enjoyment.
• Explain aspects of various games to patrons as needed.
• Process cash and maintain proper handling and accounting for items.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures and other gaming activities.
