The Role

As a Table Games Dealer, you will manage your assigned game in accordance with Company policy and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Foster a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere embodying Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy.
2. Promote Bally’s customer-centric culture by offering superior guest service and building long-lasting guest relations.
3. Conduct assigned game accurately and at the pace set by the supervisor.
4. Ensure the protection and integrity of all game assets including currency, chips, cards, and dice.
5. Handle table transactions such as payoffs, customer buy-ins, fills, and credits.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Must be 21 years of age or older.
2. Able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
3. High school diploma or equivalent.
4. Knowledge of all casino game rules.
5. Pass a math assessment and a color vision test administered by the company.
6. Open to working nights, weekends, and holidays.
