Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to deal blackjack, three card poker, roulette and other games.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months of previous work experience in gaming, hospitality or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and participate in operation of assigned table games to ensure integrity and guest satisfaction.
• Deal blackjack, three card poker, roulette and other games per Oaklawn policies and state regulations.
• Handle guest transactions including buy-ins, payouts and bets with accuracy.
• Notify supervisor of any irregularities and maintain security of game and assets.
• Greet guests professionally and provide outstanding guest service at all times.
