160 Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati LLC is seeking a Table Games Dealer to join our casino team on site in Cincinnati. You will deal assigned games in accordance with established policy and procedures while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance.

The role requires two years of dealer experience, proficiency in Blackjack, Craps, and Roulette, and the ability to pass an audition or learn new carnival games within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience as a Table Games dealer
• Proficiency in Blackjack, Craps, and Roulette
• Must pass an audition displaying table games skills or be willing to learn all carnival games within 90 days
• Able to deal two primary games with high proficiency and strong customer service skills
• Certificate of completion from an accredited Gaming School or equivalent
• Knowledge of Seminole Gaming’s Compliance, Regulations, Policies & Procedures

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service and positive interactions with customers and coworkers
• Delivers prompt, accurate, and courteous dealing to players following policies
• Explains aspects of various games to gaming patrons as needed
• Processes cash and maintains proper handling and accounting for table items
• Maintains familiarity with other gaming/entertainment activities to answer guest questions
• Understands and follows department standards, policies and procedures
