Peppermill Resort Spa Casino seeks a Table Games Dealer to operate casino table games in accordance with company procedures and state regulations, while maintaining an entertaining guest atmosphere.

The role requires precise dealing, card protection, rapid and accurate play, and diligent bankroll management to ensure fair bets and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
• Minimum of 6 months' experience required.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination and be able to cut chips with both hands.
• Must be proficient in general math skills.
• Excellent inter-personnel communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deal table games according to applicable company and departmental policies, procedures and rules.
• Check and protect all cards when placed in the game.
• Deal all table games with speed and accuracy.
• Always protect the table bankroll.
• Determine that bets are properly placed and within table limits.
• Make proper payoffs to winning bets and collect losing bets.
• Deposit all currency and foreign chips into the table drop box.
• Verify all fills/credits to the table.
• Report unusual situations to Casino Executive.
