Players Edge Services Inc is hiring for a full-time customer service role at the Livermore casino. You will sit at table games, ensure rules are followed, and act as a double-check on the dealer to manage wins and losses.

Candidates should be 21+, able to work graveyard or swing shifts including weekends, and pass a background check. Licensing from the Bureau of Gambling Control is required, with a strong emphasis on mental math abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Available for graveyard or swing shifts, including weekends.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Successful background check required.
• All hires must apply for, receive and maintain a license from the Bureau of Gambling Control.
• Strong mental math skills (addition, subtraction and multiplication).

Responsibilities

• Sit at table games such as California style Blackjack or Three Card Poker at the assigned casino.
• Ensure game rules are followed and doublecheck dealer results to handle wins and losses.
