Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel in Rochester, WA seeks a Regular Full-Time Manager to oversee all table games and guest play, supervise the Table Games department, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of Table Games experience.
• Three (3) years of Floor Supervisor or Shift/Assistant Shift Manager experience.
• Working knowledge of all games and casino software.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for all table games and guest play . This position will administer department policies affecting the Casino floor area. Be competent in working in all positions to train and assist with problem solving. Ensure transactions are done correctly and complete all shift paperwork. Will ensure compliance with gaming regulations and handle any disputes on the gaming floor to determine solutions within guidelines for guest satisfaction.

This position ensures the confidentiality, security and accuracy of guest’s and team member’s records, and promotes positive guest and team member relations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required and outstanding guest service to fellow team members, guests, vendors, etc. is expected. Regular attendance is required, and on occasion, later hours or weekend time may be required with project deadlines and a neat well-groomed professional appearance is essential at all times .

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIB I LITY :

This po sition directly supervises the Table G ames department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The essential function of the Table Games Assistant Shift includes but not limited to:

Responsible for staffing, scheduling and ongoing training and development for all T able Games team members.

Monitors staff performance and ensures operations of the gaming areas are in accordance with all internal controls, State, Tribal an d Federal rules, and regulations.

Ensures confidentiality and protection of property assets, guests, an d the integrity of the property.

Advises Shift Manager, Director of Operations , COO and CEO of Casino play and/or irregularities .

Interfaces with other departmental and operations personnel to communicat e and/or coordinate with those team m embers in order to enhance overall company profits.

Communicates all necessary Title 31 documentation during a shift to the Director of Games and other departments as necessary.

Attends guest disputes throughout th e property.

Assures that the organization, its mission, products and services are presented in a strong, positive image and are consistent with casino business strategies.

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position.

SKILL, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

A m inimum of five ( 5 ) years of Table Games experience, plus three (3) years of Floor Supervisor or Shift/Assistant Shift Manager experience required . Must have a working knowled ge of all games on gaming floor with working knowledge of blackjack basic strategy and obtain a working knowledge of advanced strategy as recognized by the casino . Must have good working knowledge of all Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel compu ter software, including MS Suite.

Must be a minimum of 21 years old and have the ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class III Gaming License; successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust to focus .

The environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member may encounter while performing the essential functions of the position.

Primarily indoors and may be exposed to heavy smoke and fluctuations in temperature while in and around the Casino and/or Hotel . May also, from time-to- time, be exposed to noise from slot machines, customers, music and public announcement system , as is common in a Casino and/or Hotel environment.
