  • Location: Remote position, but must based in Denver, CO
  • Compensation: Contract to hire - $25 per hour + commission
  • No third parties.

YOUR Why

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive TA Sourcing Specialist & Coordinator to join our growing Delivery team. This role will focus on sourcing high-quality candidates, building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, and providing critical coordination support throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative in sourcing strategies, and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience… and not afraid to pick up the phone!

How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days

  • Coordinate with leadership to understand complex search requirements, learning about organizational structure, key technical skillsets, and required experience.
  • Uncover, create, and maintain client competitor lists and understand potential targets for candidates.
  • Conduct salary and market research to understand the hiring market.
  • Uncover, create, and maintain lists of associations, trade shows, and other potential candidate pools from which to source.
  • Craft sourcing strategies using your network, the SymphonicHCM network and CRM, and other tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Develop and maintain deep pipelines of candidates for open searches.
  • Develop “hot lists” of candidates in CRM, engaging with identified candidates quarterly to stay on top of candidates in the market.
  • With guidance, create and engage in outreach to potential candidates to engage them for a search.
  • Schedule screens for our TA team, and follow up with candidates who have responded but not scheduled a call.
  • Work with marketing to develop new job descriptions and postings; maintain postings in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Format candidate profiles for submission to clients.
  • Complete weekly recruiting reports for clients.
  • Create end-of-search recruiting reports for clients.
  • Complete all administrative work in CRM and other tools as required, including CRM database management and cleanup.

What YOU Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting coordination role.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
