Job summary

Charter Schools USA seeks a Talent Acquisition Advisor to source, screen, and identify candidates across the organization. You will build pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, design interview panels, and ensure a respectful candidate journey.

You will partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS data integrity, and provide market insights on salaries and talent availability to drive fast, quality hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Requires BS/BA in Business Admin, HR, or equivalent.
  • Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting at all levels.
  • 3–5 years of corporate recruiting experience; agency/search experience a plus.
  • Proficient with ADP Recruiting Management or similar ATS; strong LinkedIn and social media sourcing.
  • Able to leverage market insights for salary benchmarks and talent pools.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networks, niche boards, and passive outreach.
  • Ensure a transparent, respectful interview journey for every applicant.
  • Design interview panels and screening templates; evaluate qualifications via behavioral assessments.
  • Promote the company culture and values at career events and online platforms.
  • Maintain data integrity in ATS and use metrics to improve hiring velocity and quality.
  • Provide leadership with salary benchmarks, talent availability, and hiring trends.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and success criteria.
  • Challenge hiring managers on job requirements; advise on realistic skill profiles and salary benchmarks.
  • Use talent analytics and market intelligence to diagnose bottlenecks and mitigate talent risk.
  • Map competitors and target industries to locate top talent proactively.
  • Audit and redesign interview processes to improve velocity and evaluation accuracy.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying appropriate candidates for consideration within the organization.

How You Will Impact Education
  • Advanced Sourcing : Build innovative candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional networks, niche job boards, and passive talent outreach.
  • Candidate Experience : Champion a transparent, respectful, and highly engaging interview journey for every applicant.
  • Assessment Management : Design job-specific interview panels, build screening templates, and evaluate candidate qualifications via behavioral assessments.
  • Employer Branding : Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms to promote our unique culture and values.
  • Data Integrity : Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), leveraging recruitment metrics to optimize hiring velocity and quality.
  • Market Insights : Provide guidance to leadership regarding salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitive hiring trends.
  • Strategic Partnering : Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, establish success criteria, and conduct alignment meetings for open requisitions.
  • Intake Consulting : Challenge and refine hiring managers' assumptions about job requirements, advising them on realistic skill profiles, alternative talent pools, and competitive salary benchmarks.
  • Data-Driven Advisory : Utilize internal talent analytics and external market intelligence to diagnose hiring bottlenecks, predict talent shortages, and advise leadership on talent risk mitigation.
  • Talent Mapping : Conduct proactive mapping of competitor organizations and target industries to advise the business on where the best talent lives before a vacancy even exists.
  • Process Consultation : Audit existing interview processes within specific departments, redesigning candidate journeys to improve hiring velocity, evaluation accuracy, and offer acceptance rates.
Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Are results driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies, programs and tools in support of business objectives.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Has strong knowledge of Human Resource policy and procedures, as well as employment laws.
  • Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn about the education industry.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, drive, grit, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
Job Requirements
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, or in an equivalent business-related degree.
  • Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting with successful track record.
  • Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting at the entry level to executive level.
  • Three to five years of corporate recruiting experience; executive search and/or agency experience is a plus.
  • Experience working ADP- Recruiting management or similar ATS, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn and Social Media recruiting is highly desirable.
  • May perform other duties assigned.
