Qualifications

• Experience in t-shirt printing or screen printing preferred.
• Experience with manual or automatic screen printing presses.
• High attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong organizational skills (inventory and fulfillment experience is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full screen printing process (setup, operation, and maintenance of manual and automated presses).
• Operate and maintain screen printing equipment.
• Handle apparel inventory management including folding, counting, and organizing finished goods.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic production and print quality issues.
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout production.
• Meet or exceed daily production output goals.
• Support order fulfillment, including packing, labeling, and preparing shipments.
• Assist with warehouse organization and print shop cleanliness.
• Ensure products are accurately prepared for web orders and events.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Physical Demands:

• Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently
• Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently
• Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day
• Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, and other appropriate protective clothing
