Retail Sales Representative

Starting pay range for this position is approximately $15.00 - $18.00

As a Retail Sales Representative, your tasks will include:

1. Finding solutions to address customer needs.
2. Delivering an outstanding store experience that promotes customer loyalty and strengthens the T-Mobile brand.
3. Having an outgoing personality to ensure friendliness and positivity in the workplace.
4. Meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals.
5. Achieving profitable sales results.
6. Maintaining store cleanliness during downtime.

We are looking for:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of retail sales or related experience.
• The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Multitasking and organizational skills.
• Availability for Part-Time or Full-Time work.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• A fast learner adaptable to a changing environment.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel).
• The ability to stand for long periods.
• The ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
