Starting pay range for this position is approximately: $13.00 - $17.00

We are seeking a Retail Sales Representative to:

• Find solutions to meet customer needs
• Deliver an outstanding store experience to promote loyalty and strengthen the T-Mobile brand
• Maintain a friendly and positive attitude
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Achieve profitable sales results
• Keep the store clean during downtime

Qualifications include:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Six months retail sales or related experience
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 20 lbs
