Base pay range
$18.00/hr - $53.00/hr
Summary
The Retail Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for the overall operations, responsibilities, and sales of the store.
Responsibilities
Top Priorities:
- Drive store sales; mentor, influence, motivate, and hold Mobile Experts accountable to meet or exceed targets/goals
- Meet or exceed all monthly Performance Quotas and Expectations
- Enforce all company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Maintain compliance with all CPNI, PII, and Social Media regulations; ensure Mobile Experts are compliant and enforce accountability
- Maintain enthusiastic communication via all company tools
- Maintain excellent relationships with T-Mobile and uphold MobileOne’s reputation
Customer Service
- Engage with every customer and contribute to sales on the floor
- Ensure top-tier customer service through training, monitoring, and accountability using NPS and SME scores
- Handle escalations promptly, involving management when necessary, and keep customers informed
- Read HUB feed and notifications before customer interactions
- Maintain good relationships with landlords and neighboring tenants
Operations
- Create and communicate work schedules; adhere to budgets
- Relay company announcements daily
- Manage inventory and cash procedures; prevent loss
- Respond to surveys and reviews promptly
- Leverage available technology and reporting tools
- Track and manage inventory, complete required paperwork and audits
- Ensure store cleanliness and equipment functionality
Employee Relations
- Address time management issues; escalate employee issues appropriately
Team Development & Accountability
- Spend 80-85% of shift on the sales floor
- Ensure team completes training and compliance requirements
- Attend all meetings and trainings punctually
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and store meetings
- Follow safety protocols
Onboarding
- Coordinate training schedules for new hires; ensure milestones are met within set timelines
- Manage ASM hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of T-Mobile products, policies, and systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-suite, and store management tools
- Effective communication skills; ability to train and provide feedback
- Understanding of sales and store operations
Requirements
- Must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., pass background checks
Physical Demands
- Availability to work during store hours, respond to emergencies, stand and move throughout the store, travel if needed, and work overtime or nights/weekends
Pay & Benefits
Hourly pay: $18.22 - $52.70, including potential bonuses.
