About the Role

We are a national Wireless Preferred Retailer with over 200 stores across the U.S., providing quality wireless products and services since 1993. We are looking for energetic team members who are passionate about technology and customer service to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. This role involves working collaboratively to deliver excellent customer experiences, build relationships, and learn about the latest in wireless technology. Successful candidates will be trained for potential advancement to Mobile Expert roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in their shopping journey, both online and in-store.
  • Demonstrate and explain the latest wireless devices and accessories.
  • Provide personalized solutions and product recommendations.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing process with questions and expert advice.
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions and educate about coverage, plans, and services.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and team members to ensure a seamless experience.
