Job summary

United Wireless is seeking a motivated retail leader to work in our Minnesota Langdon area store. You will coach sales representatives, lead daily operations, and promote a customer-first culture to build loyalty and drive performance.

Expect to manage wait times, merchandise displays, and store systems while ensuring compliance with company procedures. A flexible schedule supports full-time availability, with uncapped commission opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; authorized to work in the United States.
• 1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving store sales, operational, and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule required for Full-Time employees.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• Passion for helping customers and providing excellent service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay & Compensation

• This is an hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Employees are also eligible to earn uncapped commission, providing additional earning potential based on individual performance.
• Total compensation will vary based on hourly wages, sales performance, and commission earnings.
