As the Retail Assistant Manager, you should bea goal-oriented, success driven person whose next career step is a StoreManager. Responsibilities

· Conduct administrativeduties at the store.

· Keep all promotionsand pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.

· Maintain thefacilities for audit compliance.

· Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds

· Assist Store Leader inexecuting initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.

· Partner with StoreManager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
