Job Overview
As a Retail Store Manager, you’re ready to lead by example, go All IN, and empower your team to excel in connecting customers to their world.
Responsible for all store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets prevention, and team leadership. Primary contact for store employees.
Job Responsibilities:
· Observe and provide feedback on employee interactions with customers, ensuring timely completion of training.
· Assist with customer issues to enhance their experience with the T-Mobile brand.
· Own store success, including staffing, scheduling, labor control, marketing, loss prevention, and other functions.
· Monitor sales, inventory, and implement new store initiatives to support operational excellence.
· Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
· Hire passionate employees who are enthusiastic about building customer relationships and digital technology.
· Support team development through training, mentoring, and recognition.
· Lead by example with up-to-date product knowledge and leadership practices.
· Foster an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.
· Drive store productivity, minimize risks, and manage expenses to meet financial goals.
· Use personalized performance plans and celebrate achievements to motivate staff.
· Ensure store employees meet or exceed success metrics and sales goals.
The experience you’ll bring:
· 2 years wireless retail experience, high volume preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Communication, Microsoft Office, Store Management, Store Operations, Customer Service (all required).
Requirements:
· 2-4 years management and sales experience in retail (required).
· At least 18 years old.
· Legally authorized to work in the US.
· High School Diploma or GED.
