Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They focus on building connections with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending device and service solutions. Training is provided for new associates to develop skills and proficiency in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a world-class customer experience by helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, exploring their needs, and demonstrating technology products.
• Sell personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices, approaching service needs with integrity and compassion.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, T-Mobile plans, and services, and complete training on in-store experience and systems.
• Engage in store operations such as cash handling and support team initiatives.
• Build relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels, resolve issues, and identify small business leads.
