Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who generate energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs, and the retail experience are continuously evolving. They build significant connections with customers, deepening relationships and building expertise in uncovering customer needs, educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, where new associates work with their team and proactively develop skills. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of technology products.
  • Sell personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Approach service and sales needs with integrity, composure, and compassion.
Use digital tools to demonstrate:
  • Coverage and network speed in the customer’s area.
  • Benefits of T-Mobile plans and services.
  • Complete training on the in-store experience, new skills, and system knowledge.
Build relationships with T-Mobile teams across channels to:
  • Own the customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Identify and refer small business leads.
  • Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.
Experience required:
  • Passion for customer service and fun, authentic engagement.
  • Proven success in fast-paced sales environments.
  • Willingness to learn and share ideas with peers and leaders.
  • Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
