Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSRs) are brand ambassadors who create excitement around our products and services. They build relationships with customers, demonstrate technology, and educate on device and service solutions. This role involves learning and developing skills, including completing new employee training.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build loyalty.
• Assist customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.

• Support store operations and cash handling as needed.
