Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They build meaningful connections with customers, and their ability to develop and deepen relationships is unmatched in the wireless industry. They work to build expertise in understanding customer needs and have a passion to educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. New associates will complete training to succeed in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by:

• Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and demonstrating the latest technology in-store.
• Selling personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approaching customer needs with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.

Become skilled with digital tools to demonstrate:

• Coverage and network quality in the customer’s neighborhood.
• How T-Mobile plans and services enable customers to live unlimited, stay connected, and go further.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, systems, and resources.

Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to:

• Own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
• Identify and refer small business leads.
• Support team initiatives and promote an inclusive environment.
