Job Overview
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team to promote the T-Mobile brand. They serve as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about connectivity and thrive in a dynamic environment where technology and customer needs evolve rapidly. They build meaningful connections with customers, identifying their needs and educating them on device and service solutions. This role involves training and skill development, with new associates expected to complete initial training successfully.
Job Responsibilities:
Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience, and building loyalty by:
• Assisting customers in continuing their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Exploring customer needs and demonstrating technology products.
• Selling personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approaching customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
• Using digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services.
• Completing training on T-Mobile store experience, systems, and resources.
• Engaging in continuous learning about wireless innovations.
• Handling cash and store operations as needed.
• Collaborating with T-Mobile teams across channels to enhance the customer experience, resolve issues, and support sales initiatives.

- 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
