Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSRs) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with customers and continuously improving their skills. New associates will complete training to succeed in this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class customer experience by helping customers with their shopping journey, exploring needs, and demonstrating technology.
• Sell personalized solutions, accessories, and IoT devices.
• Use digital tools to inform customers about coverage, plans, and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience and systems.
• Build relationships with customers and partners across channels to ensure a seamless experience.

The Experience You’ll Bring

• Passionate about customer service and having fun connecting with others.
• Competitive and successful in fast-paced sales environments.
• Willing to learn and share ideas with peers and leaders.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably retail.
