Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with customers, educating them about our offerings, and continuously developing their skills. New associates will complete training to succeed in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a world-class customer experience, helping customers continue their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Demonstrate products and explore customer needs to offer personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach customer interactions with integrity and compassion.
• Utilize digital tools to showcase coverage, plans, and services effectively.
• Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and product knowledge.
• Build relationships with team members and partner across channels to enhance the customer experience and identify leads.
