Job Overview

The Retail Associate Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, delivering T-Mobile’s customer experience and sales goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspire Mobile Associates with passion for T-Mobile’s values and customer service
• Ensure customer needs are met, providing a comfortable and simple experience
• Observe and provide feedback on Associate interactions for development
• Manage customer wait times and stay current on products and promotions
• Lead by example, staying updated on products, services, and training
• Maintain store environment quality and visual standards
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications
• Deliver financial results and manage store expenses

Required Experience

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred
• Availability for varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Leadership and mentorship skills
• Excellent communication skills
