Job Overview

The Retail Associate Manager works with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to achieve T-Mobile’s goals of customer satisfaction and Mobile Associate success.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Infuse Mobile Associates with passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto, grounding them in Loving Our Customers.
2. Ensure customer needs are met, building confidence through a comfortable and simple experience.
3. Observe and provide feedback on Mobile Associates’ customer interactions for development and coaching.
4. Manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
5. Lead by example, staying updated on products and training, and ensure team meets success metrics.
6. Maintain store environment quality and adhere to visual standards and procedures.
7. Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications; manage store expenses, discounts, and credits.

The experience you’ll bring:

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred
• Availability for varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
