Job Overview

The Retail Associate Manager works with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile’s goals of customer satisfaction and Mobile Associate success.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Infuse store’s Mobile Associates with passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto, emphasizing customer love.
2. Ensure customer needs are met, building confidence through comfortable and simple experiences.
3. Observe Mobile Associates’ interactions, providing feedback for development and coaching.
4. Manage customer wait times, stay updated on products, services, and promotions.
5. Lead by example, stay current on products and training, and ensure team meets success metrics.
6. Maintain store environment quality, use visual displays effectively, and follow retail procedures.
7. Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications, deliver financial results, and manage expenses and credits.

The experience you’ll bring:
