• 5-7+ years of trusts and estates experience
• Significant estate planning experience for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to independently manage client relationships
• Experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents and advising clients on wealth transfer strategies
• Massachusetts bar admission preferred
