Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• 5 years of training development/experience; strong safety background.
• Experience identifying and abating hazards; OSHA compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training for Transmission and Distribution teams.
• Evaluate training progress; conduct safety and skills sessions.
• Prepare training materials and audits; ensure compliance with standards.
