Job summary

Adastra in Chicago is seeking a SyteLine expert to lead a full ERP transition from the ground up. You will act as the SyteLine subject matter expert, coordinating with IT, sales, customer service, planning, purchasing, production, shipping/receiving, and inventory control to ensure a successful implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Power User experience with Infor SyteLine ERP.
• Experience with Infor Factory Track.
• 5+ years of prior Business Analyst experience.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, with a history of leading groups across all business functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases to transition the company to Infor SyteLine, serving as the subject matter expert for all SyteLine workflows.
• Train new employees on role-specific SyteLine usage and develop/maintain SOPs for business and ERP processes.
• Work with users to troubleshoot system issues and act as a reference for questions on application functionality and adoption.
• Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements, analyze and document current and new processes, and lead meetings including requirements reviews and testing engagements.
• Coordinate system/user testing, validate results, and support users with annual financial projects (cost roll, price roll, margin analysis).
