St. Luke’s Health System seeks an experienced System Adult Trauma Clinical Educator to lead education across our health system. The role supports a hybrid model, developing programs and hands-on training to improve care for trauma patients.

Working with nursing education teams and clinical departments, you will implement competency validation and performance improvements across units including ICU, telemetry, ED, and perioperative services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Current RN license is required.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in trauma, critical care, emergency nursing, or related acute care.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and delivery of trauma education across the health system.
• Create targeted educational programs, hands-on skills training, and competency validation.
• Implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance trauma care.
• Collaborate with leaders and educators across departments to tailor learning.
• Support a hybrid trauma education model and ensure ongoing staff readiness.
