Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for Security Services across the UCLA Health system.
• Supervise security personnel and ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Oversee systemwide alarm monitoring, incident response, and CCTV management.
• Develop and standardize security policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical departments, and external partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across sites.
