Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED or equivalent; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• 2-3 years in-servicing or customer service training in a healthcare environment.
• Hospitality and healthcare experience is preferred.
• 3-4 years in service-oriented operations.

Responsibilities

• Track incentives, penalties, and reporting tied to patient satisfaction.
• Maintain client satisfaction to support account retention.
• Administer surveys and respond promptly and effectively.
• Monitor compliance with patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Develop/monitor department patient satisfaction action plans.
• Participate in hospital committees and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure CMS/JCAHO compliance and monitor industry updates.
• Collaborate with on-site management to reach goals.
