Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics; MBA/Nutrition preferred.
• Current RD/RDN licensure in Nebraska required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in clinical nutrition; hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical nutrition staff across Methodist Hospital and affiliated facilities.
• Develops policies and procedures for departmental nutrition care activities.
• Coordinates staff training and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manages scheduling, payroll, and staffing to meet patient care needs.
