Qualifications

• 7+ years in industrial automation roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, machine learning, and analytics support to internal teams, distributors, integrators, and customers.
• Support sales pursuits with expert technical guidance to close opportunities.
• Develop new system concepts by integrating SICK technologies with third‑party solutions to create differentiation.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication between global SICK teams to leverage knowledge centers.
• Participate in customer discovery sessions and translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Test and validate system functionality to meet customer requirements and performance targets.
• Deliver systems training to customers, integrators, distributors, and internal teams.
• Provide ongoing technical support and continuous improvement recommendations for deployed systems.
• Capture recurring customer requirements to help define future market and product solutions.
• Contribute to competitive analysis and value propositions for technologies and services.
