Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Systems Verification Engineer to support the Air Force Sentinel program at Hill AFB, UT. The role focuses on requirements identification, DOORS data analysis, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of system qualifications.

You will interact with the Prime Contractor and USAF SPO, applying MBSE tools and modeling to align artifacts with government intent while contributing to a high-reliability nuclear weapons program.

Qualifications

• B.S. in an Engineering or STEM field with 1–3 years direct work experience.
• Active SECRET clearance.
• Experience in requirements identification and IBM Rational DOORS.
• Proactive person with a "team player" mentality and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Direct experience with the Sentinel or MMIII weapon systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support USAF Sentinel program requirements efforts; manage DOORS data modules.
• Interface with Prime Contractor (BAE) to ensure compliance with government intent.
• Prepare reports for System Qualification and coordinate with USAF SPO on requirements topics.
• Collaborate with government and contractors to ensure clear requirements artifacts.
