Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. at Hill AFB in Utah seeks a Systems Verification Engineer to support USAF Sentinel program. The role focuses on requirements identification, DOORS data analysis, and MBSE tooling to ensure system qualification deliverables.

The successful candidate will interface with the Prime Contractor and USAF SPO, leveraging DSML/MBSE methods and a strong attention to detail. A SECRET clearance and engineering background are required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in an Engineering or STEM field with 1 to 3 years direct work experience.
• Active SECRET clearance.
• Experience in requirements identification and IBM Rational DOORS.
• Proactive team player with attention to detail and ownership.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Direct experience with Sentinel or MMIII weapon systems is desirable.
• Experience with CAMEO or MBSE tools (Rhapsody, etc.).
• Master's degree in engineering or STEM field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage requirements for Sentinel program using IBM DOORS.
• Analyze CAMEO/SysML models and prepare reports for System Qualification.
• Interface with the Prime Contractor to ensure it meets the U.S. Government’s intent with respect to requirements products and artifacts.
• Consult with USAF SPO on external stakeholder needs and requirements topics.
• Support overall requirements efforts for the Sentinel weapon system and growth opportunities.
