Job summary

Apogee is seeking a full-time Systems Test Engineer to support USSTRATCOM NC3 Enterprise Center SE&I at Fort Meade. You will perform vulnerability, performance, and integration tests on NC3 systems in unclassified and TS/SCI environments.

Candidates must be a US citizen with an active Top Secret clearance (SCI eligibility a plus) and hold a technical bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science. A Master’s degree and 15 years of testing experience are preferred to lead test plans, RCA,

Qualifications

US citizen with active TS clearance; SCI eligibility a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
15 years of Testing & Evaluation experience, including test planning.
Experience with automated test workflows in proprietary tools.
Familiarity with data collection and analysis methodologies.
Experience testing hardware/software in DoD environments.

Responsibilities

Perform vulnerability, analytical, and technical assessments on NC3 systems.
Execute tests to determine network performance, voice/video quality, and overall communications in TS/SCI environments.
Perform RCA for test case failures based on results.
Develop/use tools to test NC3 communication systems (secure/non-secure).
Assist in refining test plans, procedures, and data analysis methodologies.
