Advantage Technical is hiring a Systems Test Engineer for a temporary opportunity in Osseo, MN. You will support development and testing of innovative medical technology products, with hands-on lab work and a focus on design verification and problem solving.

The ideal candidate has a STEM degree and 1–2 years in an engineering or lab role, strong written and analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams. Knowledge of medical devices is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of engineering/lab/internship experience or product development exposure.
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology or medical device apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test methods, fixtures, and experiments to evaluate product performance.
• Support design verification testing, method validation, and product development activities.
• Analyze test data, identify trends, and communicate results in reports and presentations.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, protocols, procedures, and test reports.
• Troubleshoot challenges using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Project Management teams.
• Support prototype and commercial product testing in a lab environment.
