Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Systems & Technology Business Process Manager to steer the design, integration, and optimization of a digital ecosystem supporting procurement, parts distribution, and large‑scale project delivery. You will focus on compliance, cost control, safety, and predictable outcomes.

You will lead technology strategy, governance and enterprise architecture across manufacturing, construction and supply chain systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Supply Chain leadership experience.
• Operational Excellence experience.
• 10+ years leading enterprise systems in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
• Experience with ERP, MES, PLM, project management, and supply chain systems.
• APICS CPIM or Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, integration, and optimization of a digital procurement ecosystem.
• Oversee technology strategy, roadmaps and enterprise architecture alignment.
• Manage budgeting, resource planning and governance for delivery.
• Provide manufacturing systems leadership for complex projects.
• Drive AI strategy, change management and data analytics initiatives.
• Ensure cybersecurity, governance and risk management across ESC.

Role Summary

As a Systems & Technology Business Process Manager on our Enterprise Supply Chain team, you will lead the design, integration, and optimization of a digital ecosystem that supports procurement operations, parts distribution, and large‑scale construction project delivery. Your focus will be on improving compliance, operational excellence, cost control, safety, and predictable project outcomes. This is a 100% remote role reporting to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations and OpEx.

Salary & Remote

Base salary range: $112,400 to $140,500 per year.

Position is 100% Remote.
