Job summary

Jackson in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Systems Supervisor to lead the Systems Administration Unit and coordinate critical data resources for the Collections department. Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and control of the use of the Collections data resources.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for printing bills and receipts and customize software to meet department needs.
• Oversee transactions involving lock boxes and outside payment vendors; supervise programs and reports, including testing and billing processes.
• May be on 24-hour call for emergencies and oversee running of programs and reports as needed.

The associate must be versatile, capable of handling several projects at once, capable of decision making and problem solving.* Responsible for assisting in the design and control of the use of the Collections data resources.
