Job Description

Pay Range: $50/hr - $60/hr

Responsibilities

• Z/OS operation and support, including problem analysis and resolution.
• Provide technical support for mainframe infrastructure to ensure high-quality customer service and meet SLA expectations.
• Collaborate with other units and serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert.
• Participate in upgrades of operating systems and third-party software to new releases.
• Contribute to research and development projects as required.

Required Skills

• z/OS operation, JES2, security (RACF), networking (VTAM, TCP/IP), scheduling, and automation.
• SMP/E Software, RMF, SMF, SMS, WLM, JCL, GRS, VSAM, TSO, third-party software, Assembler, Catalog Maintenance.

Programming Skills

• System exit development, utility and toolkit skills, IDMS, Sync Sort, RMM.

Soft Skills
