Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking motivated students for a 12-week full-time Systems Software internship. You will contribute to GPU system software components, including runtime and math libraries, with emphasis on power and performance, and help craft architecture and design specifications.

We are looking for candidates pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field who can commit to the full internship duration.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a university pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. degree for the full duration of the internship.
• Anticipated graduation date must be clearly indicated on a resume or CV.
• Course or internship experience related to OS, data structures, algorithms, and embedded systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on GPU system software components and related runtime and libraries with focus on power and performance.
• Develop and design specifications for architecture and software features.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to deliver hands-on projects during the internship.
