We are looking for a System Test Automation Engineer who is a software engineer at heart, with strong systems knowledge, sharp analytical thinking, and a passion for building scalable, automated quality frameworks.
This role focuses on validating complex, distributed software systems through automation, observability, and system‑level testing rather than manual or UI‑centric testing. You will analyze system behavior, reason about failure modes, and derive clear conclusions even when working with incomplete, ambiguous, or noisy data.
You will work closely with development, architecture, and platform teams to embed quality early in the lifecycle, design robust test frameworks, apply data‑driven quality insights, and prevent defects from reaching customers.
We are not looking for traditional manual QA profiles.
This role requires strong software engineering depth combined with analytical rigor.
We value engineers who combine strong fundamentals with modern AI‑assisted tooling — using GenAI to improve speed and quality without compromising rigor, correctness, or system understanding.
This role directly impacts customer trust by preventing systemic failures and quality escapes. You will help transform testing from reactive validation into proactive engineering, shaping how quality is built into the system from day one.
We strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.
We also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are. We have specific programs catered to helping you reach any career goals you have — whether you want to become a knowledge expert in your field or apply your skills to another division.
We are unconditionally inclusive in the way we work and celebrate individual uniqueness. We know varied backgrounds are valued and succeed here. We have the flexibility to manage our work and personal needs. We make bold moves, together, and are a force for good.
