Job summary

Vast.ai is seeking a Systems Software Engineer to improve performance, reliability, and capability of our GPU cloud infrastructure in a high-demand, cloud-native environment. You will enhance the GPU cloud daemon and implement market-based resource management across multi-tenant workloads.

The ideal candidate has strong C++ skills, deep Linux kernel knowledge, and proven experience in securing cloud infrastructure and isolating workloads for multi-tenant usage across networks and virtualization

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in C++, extensive knowledge of Linux kernel internals, and experience in securing cloud infrastructure.
• A deep understanding of workload and network isolation techniques in multi-tenant environments is also required.

• Work on key performance critical systems and improve performance, reliability, and capability of our infrastructure.
