Job summary

• 8+ years of federal acquisition program experience, or 6+ years with a Master's degree.
• Hands-on experience with PPP and ACSP.
• Experience in cybersecurity risk management and systems security engineering.

• Experience developing or reviewing federal acquisition security documentation.
• Ability to meet Public Trust suitability requirements.

About the Role

Cleared2Hire is connecting qualified professionals with a federal contractor supporting U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) acquisition cybersecurity and program protection initiatives.

This role focuses on integrating cybersecurity and program protection requirements throughout the USCG Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC). You'll work with acquisition program managers, systems engineers, and cybersecurity teams to strengthen program protection strategies and support mission-critical federal acquisition programs.

• Familiarity with DHS/DoD acquisition policies and SELC processes.


• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-160 and NIST SP 800-37.


• Experience with Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM).


• Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF).


• Experience in security architecture, vulnerability assessment, and acquisition program protection.
