Job summary

HW3 in Sacramento, CA seeks a Fulltime Systems & Reports Analyst to support core banking applications, reporting, data analysis, and business technology initiatives.

You will create reports, use SQL, Power BI, Excel, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive automation.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Fulltime Systems & Reports Analyst to support core banking applications, reporting, data analysis, and business technology initiatives for a financial services organization in Sacramento, CA.

What You'll Do

• Support and enhance core banking and digital banking systems
• Create custom reports, data extracts, and ad-hoc reporting solutions
• Use SQL, Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools to analyze business data
• Work with stakeholders to gather system and reporting requirements
• Troubleshoot application and data-related issues
• Coordinate system issues, enhancements, and requests with technology teams and vendors
• Support UAT, system changes, upgrades, implementations, and documentation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Ideal Candidate

• Fiserv and/or Q2 experience strongly preferred
